Sunil Ramlall brings a rich balance of academic and practitioner perspectives to teach and consult in strategic HR. He utilizes his deep level of expertise on evidence-based HR and management strategies linking HR and firm performance.
Sunil Ramlall has a Ph.D. and M.Ed. in HRD from the University of Minnesota and an MBA and BA in HRM from the University of St. Thomas.

Dr. Ramlall has been a FT faculty at the University of St. Thomas and Minnesota State University, Mankato. He continues to teach as an Adjunct Faculty at multiple universities. Dr. Ramlall's research focuses on strategic HR, relationship between HR and firm performance, international HR, strategic compensation, positive organizational behavior and employee motivation.
He has more than 30 peer-reviewed journal articles in HR, management and psychology journals. He frequently presents his research at national and regional conferences including Academy of Management, Midwest Academy of Management, International Conference on Business and Economics, etc.
